Informative and entertaining. A live morning show featuring a line up of guests discussing current community issues. American Samoa's most popular morning talk show, watched worldwide online.
I'm very impressed with Savali Talavou (Speaker of the House) and Charlie Tautolo's (Vice Speaker) efforts to save money by reducing unnecessary spending on house staff employees. These are newly appointed individuals; who didn't hesitate to step on the plate and said, "enough is enough." Our American Samoa Government are filled with dishonest and corrupted individuals, who are self-centered and refused to find ways to control costs and eliminate waste within their working area.
In spite of Mr. Talavou and Tautolo being new on the job, they demonstrated the ability to recognize management problems, and took action to save money and eliminate waste. Furthermore, I totally agreed with Mr. Talavou and Tautolo's concern on these House Staff employees' salaries, I feel that their salaries should be commensurate with their performance and experience. Without a doubt, these employees are paying twice as much as most government workers, but are doing much less work than most of the employees in other parts of our government. Once again, Mahalo to the Speaker of the House and the Vice Speaker for doing such an outstanding job. "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
