Last Saturday morning at the Executive Office Building in Utulei, Governor Togiola Tulafono unveiled the new American Samoa Flag stamp, which was one of ten stamps of states and territories that were the first to be released by the U. S. Postal Service.
At the official unveiling last Saturday morning, Governor Togiola and Postmaster Smitty McMoore honored America’s soldiers, past and present. Togiola said it was important to remember those who shed their blood in defending what the country’s flag stood for.
