Sad to say, the Dept. of Agriculture of American Samoa and the Aumagas of Nuuuli Village had insanely, inhumanly, intent to kill and did kill my 4 house/yard dogs and all other dogs "that 10+ of them "dead dogs" was "found floating" in the waters and alongside the beach of Nuuuli and Coconut Beach, washed up on the sands of Coconut Point and around the point of Nuuuli Village. The Dept. of Agriculture and the Aumagas of Nuuuli Village is the "blame" for ever destroying all "stray dogs" and dumping all dogs in the "waters" of Nuuuli Village. My questions to...

...Define the "POISON" The Dept. of Agriculture and the Aumagas of Nuuuli "had used to soak up the meat with Poison" and went down road of Nuuuli and tossed the meat in our property and other properties and killed my dogs and all other dogs, they called "strays"?? and tossed those "dead dogs" in the "waters and shoreline" of Nuuuli Village!! and again "HEALTH ISSUES"..
All Depts. of American Samoa has a "mission statement"..to preserve, protect, manange, and perpetuate, to protect human health, and to safeguard the natural environment, air, water and land, to effectivel and efficiently and to prevent "diseases", injury and disability to American Samoa.
Worried about "Art Festival?"...try worrying about "health issues" first! Dogs will always come and go..but a precious Human Life only "lives" once!!
Once again my apologies to the Dept. of Humane Society, and as for my house/yard dogs..I cannot bring my dogs back, but I have the right to express my heart, to these Depts. of American Samoa and to the Governor of American Samoa to "investigate" the Dept. of Agriculture and the Aumagas of Nuuuli Village and the cruelty they have done to my dogs.
