There will be 45 polling stations across the territory, and the Election Office is looking for about 300 workers to staff the polling stations and the main election office. Chief Election Officer Soliai Tuipine Fuimaono will be screening all applicants to be sure that families of candidates are not selected as poll workers.  According to election officials, there have been complaints about this in the past and they are trying to address this. June 2nd is also the day that they will be accepting petitions for candidates for elected office.
